You can use the information from your bladder diary to start retraining your bladder. Using your bladder diary, pinpoint the amount of time from one bathroom break to the next. Then extend that interval by 15 minutes. So, if you usually go every hour, try to extend that to an hour and 15 minutes. Keep adding more time until you are up to a few hours between bathroom visits.
