Is there an ovarian cancer vaccine?

Scientists are currently working to develop an effective ovarian cancer vaccine. While these vaccines will not prevent healthy women from getting ovarian cancers, they may work to prevent recurrences. Abagovomab is an antibody that may work to help your immune system preferentially attack cells that contain cancer antigen 125, or CA-125. Clinical trials for this and other potential vaccines are currently ongoing.
