How is B7-H4 related to ovarian cancer?

B7-H4 is an immune-modulator found in ovarian cancer as well as T cells. Specific tumors expressing this protein are endometrioid, serous, and clear cell ovarian cancers. There is evidence that epithelial cell malignant transformation is promoted by B7-H4.
