How soon after taking ofloxacin will my symptoms improve?

You may start to feel better after taking ofloxacin (Floxin, Ocuflox) for a few days. But even if you feel better, do not stop taking ofloxacin. Feeling better doesn't always mean the infection has been entirely killed, so take your entire prescription of ofloxacin as directed by your doctor. If you do not take a full course of antibiotics, your body may develop a resistance to the antibiotic. So, it is important to finish the medication as directed.
