How soon after taking ofloxacin will my symptoms improve?

Feeling better doesn't always mean the infection has been entirely killed, so take your entire prescription of ofloxacin as directed by your doctor. If you do not take a full course of antibiotics, your body may develop a resistance to the antibiotic. So, it is important to finish the medication as directed.
