What are the side effects of Floxin Otic?

If you take Floxin Otic (ofloxacin) antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection, you should immediately alert your doctor if you notice signs of allergic reaction, such as hives, problems breathing or swallowing, or swollen throat, face, tongue, or lips. Possible serious side effects may include: swollen feet, ankles, lower legs, hands, or eyes; hoarseness; rash; worse pain in your ear; or discharge or drainage from your ear. Talk to your doctor if any of the following side effects linger or become severe: dizziness; headache; uncomfortable or itchy ear; or taste changes.
