How does hydrocortisone and acetic acid interact with other medications?

Because it is a topical medication and is not absorbed in the blood, hydrocortisone and acetic acid is unlikely to interact with other medications. Nonetheless, before beginning use of the medication, give your doctor a complete list of all prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are currently taking. Your doctor should also know if you have recently received a live vaccine, such as for the rotavirus.
