How do I know if I am allergic to ofloxacin?

You will know you are allergic to ofloxacin if you develop symptoms such as hives and a rash. Your lips and tongue might swell, and your voice may become hoarse. You may have trouble breathing and swallowing; you may even faint. If you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes or dark urine, stop taking ofloxacin and call your doctor right away. These are severe symptoms that need to be treated immediately.
