What complications are associated with getting Invisalign braces?

Invisalign braces, or clear aligner trays, are removable, so there are few complications associated them. Your gums may feel a bit sore when you first wear the trays, but that discomfort is generally temporary.

Maintain good oral care by removing Invisalign before brushing and flossing your teeth. Remove Invisalign before eating to avoid damaging the trays. Clean the trays with warm water and a brush.

Follow your entire dental treatment plan to prevent your teeth from shifting after your Invisalign braces are removed.
