What are the benefits of getting Invisalign braces?

The benefits of getting Invisalign braces, also called aligners, are that unlike traditional braces, you can remove them to eat, drink, and brush your teeth. Because you can take them out daily and clean them, they won’t trap food and plaque as easily as metal braces. One clinical trial also found a reduction of gingivitis or inflammation of the gums among Invisalign users. Aligners are also much less visible than traditional braces and may be less embarrassing to wear for many people.
