Generic tobramycin and dexamethasone is an antibiotic ointment or drops used to treat various eye infections. Its brand names are TobraDex and TobraDex ST. Often the generic form of a drug is less expensive than the brand-name version, so your doctor may have prescribed generic tobramycin and dexamethasone for that reason.
