Who should not use Emadine?

Contact lens wearers with eye redness should avoid using Emadine or should stop wearing contacts during therapy. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use caution and discuss their situation with their doctor before using Emadine. Caution is also advised for young children under three years of age, since it is unknown if Emadine is safe and effective for these children.
