When can I stop taking Ryzolt?

If you no longer need treatment for moderate to moderately severe chronic pain, ask your doctor if you can stop taking Ryzolt (tramadol extended-release tablets). Do not stop taking Ryzolt before talking to your doctor. He or she is likely to taper your dose so that you can ease off the medication, lowering your risk of withdrawal symptoms.
