What should I know about Avinza before taking it?

Before taking Avinza you should know that, like other narcotic drugs, it has the potential for addiction or abuse. Therefore, it is important to always follow your doctor's instructions and never take more than prescribed. Avinza tablets are designed to be taken only once daily. Swallow the tablets whole. Never chew, crush or dissolve the pills. Always tell your doctor about any allergic reactions you have had to medications in the past, and be sure he or she is aware of all other medications, supplements and vitamins you are taking. Avinza may have other serious side effects such as serious kidney damage.
