What is the most important information I should know about Nucynta?

Nucynta may cause serious side effects for people with certain conditions. Talk to your doctor before you take Nucynta, especially if you have asthma or other breathing problems, allergies to medications or problems with your liver, kidney, bowel or gallbladder. Before you take Nucynta, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

Nucynta can make you feel drowsy, dizzy or lightheaded. These side effects may be intensified if you consume Nucynta with alcohol. Nucynta may be habit-forming. Do not take a larger dose, more often or for a longer period of time or in a different way than prescribed by your doctor.
