Common side effects of Opana include: nausea and vomiting, fatigue, headache, insomnia, constipation, dizziness, itching and sweating. Only contact your doctor if these become persistent or severe.

Seek immediate medical attention if your skin, including the skin inside your mouth, begins to blister or peel or if you have an allergic reaction characterized by swelling, itching or a rash.
