Talk to your doctor before taking the long-acting prescription pain medication Ryzolt (tramadol extended-release tablets) with antibiotics. Combining Ryzolt with certain antibiotics, such as erythromycin and linezolid, may increase the risk of seizures, as well as a condition called serotonin syndrome, a rare but serious group of symptoms. If you must take Ryzolt along one of these antibiotics, your doctor may need to modify your medication plan, dosage or timing.
