Taking Ryzolt (tramadol extended-release tablets) along with a muscle relaxant can increase the risk that you'll experience certain serious side effects. It may also increase the intensity of the side effects of Ryzolt, which treats moderate to moderately severe chronic pain. If you take a muscle relaxant, your doctor may start you on a relatively low dose of Ryzolt, and monitor you closely.
