Can I use Ryzolt if I am taking antifungal medications?

Talk to your doctor before taking the long-acting prescription pain medication Ryzolt (tramadol extended-release tablets) with antifungal medications such as ketoconazole. Combining Ryzolt with these drugs may increase your blood level of tramadol. This can increase your risk of serious side effects such as seizures, as well as a condition called serotonin syndrome, a rare but serious group of symptoms. If you need to take Ryzolt along with an antifungal medicine, your doctor may need to modify your medication plan, dosage or timing.
