Can I use Kadian if I have a history of gallbladder disease?

Before taking the extended-release pain medication Kadian (morphine), tell your doctor if you have a history of gallbladder disease, gallstones or pancreatitis. This prescription pain medication may aggravate these conditions. Your doctor may need to modify your medication plan, dosage or timing.
