Can I use Dilaudid if I am taking nalbuphine?

Dilaudid (hydromorphone) may not mix well with nalbuphine (Nubain). Dilaudid is a pain reliever that comes as a tablet or liquid. Nalbuphine also relieves pain and is given via injection.
