Can I use Rybix ODT if I have a history of digestive disease?

Rybix ODT (tramadol), which is prescribed to treat moderate to moderately severe chronic pain, can cause gastrointestinal problems for some people, so let your doctor know if you have a history of digestive problems before taking this medication. Studies have found that gastrointestinal complaints are one of the most common side effects among Rybix ODT users, especially older men and women. In one study, 10% of Rybix ODT users over 75 stopped taking the medication because of constipation. If your stomach can't tolerate Rybix ODT, your doctor can prescribe a different pain reliever.
