Can I use Fentora if I have a history of lung disease?

Even though you have a history of lung disease, you may be able to use Fentora (fentanyl), a morphine-like drug for breakthrough cancer pain. However, your doctor will probably monitor your dose and your reaction to the medicine carefully, since your history of lung disease puts you at greater risk for one of Fentora's most serious side effects -- life-threatening breathing problems.
