If I am pregnant, is it safe to use Zyprexa Relprevv?

You may be able to use Zyprexa Relprevv (olanzapine) during pregnancy, but you should talk with your doctor about it. Zyprexa Relprevv, a long-term treatment for schizophrenia, has not been studied in pregnant women. However, there have been reports of movement problems and other side effects in newborn babies whose mothers took olanzapine or similar drugs during the third trimester of pregnancy. Your doctor may recommend that you stop taking Zyprexa Relprevv to prevent this possible problem. In other cases, the benefit of remaining on Zyprexa Relprevv may outweigh its potential risks.
