The biggest challenge after losing weight is not to regain it. Keeping lost pounds off is difficult because once the weight is off we often revert back to our old habits. It only takes a few extra calories a day to start gaining weight. Add in the fact that many people do not stay with their exercise program. Both of these lead to regaining weight. The key is to set new goals once you lose weight so you will not regain it.
