Does INFeD interact with other medications or foods?

Do not take INFeD (iron dextran) with deferoxamine, dimercaprol, ACE inhibitors or other products that contain iron. Other drug interactions are possible, including interactions between INFeD and the drugs chloramphenicol and deferasirox. Before using INFeD, tell your doctor about all of the prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins and herbal supplements you are taking.
