What does it mean if a food label lists 0 grams per portion?

Be aware that even though a food label may list “0 grams” per portion size, there still may be some of that nutrient in the food. For example, a label for a non-stick spray may define a portion as three sprays and list “0 grams” of total fat in each portion -- but if you use more than three sprays, you may be getting some fat after all.
