What is rhinophyma?

Rhinophyma, also called phymatous rosacea, refers to a large, reddish, bulbous nose. The condition is a symptom or complication of advanced rosacea, a chronic skin condition that usually affects the face. Rhinophyma can sometimes be corrected with sugery.
