Women who are pregnant, especially during the third trimester, women who are breastfeeding, people with ulcers or other gastrointestinal problems, people who drink a lot of alcohol or smoke, elderly people, people with allergies to fenoprofen or other NSAIDs, people with kidney or liver disease, anemia, asthma, edema, heart conditions, bleeding problems, and people who have multiple health issues should also be sure to discuss with their doctor whether they should not take fenoprofen.
