What happens if I miss a dose of meloxicam?

Only take a missed dose of meloxicam if you remember soon after your usual time to take it. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and wait for your next dose. Never take two doses at once or too close together, as this may increase your risk of overdose and side effects.
