What happens if I miss a dose of NSAIDs?

Most people take NSAIDs as needed for pain relief. However, if you are taking an NSAID for blood thinning purposes, you may be taking it at regular intervals. In this case, take the dose you missed as soon as possible. If it is already time for your next dose, take only that dose. Never take two doses of an NSAID at once.
