Common side effects of Combunox include: sleepiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and excess gas. Rare, but more serious, side effects: include allergic reaction to the drug, heart attack and stroke, development of an ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, serious skin conditions and liver disease. Contact a doctor immediately if you experience any unusual or worrisome symptoms while taking Combunox.
