What should I know before taking Combunox?

Combunox is used for the short-term treatment of pain and generally should not be used for more than a week. The oxycodone in Combunox is a potentially habit-forming, opioid substance that is sometimes abused. Store Combunox in a safe place and make certain that children or other vulnerable people do not have access to the medicine. Take Combunox as prescribed. Do not take larger doses than prescribed or take the medicine more often than prescribed. Use caution when driving or operating machinery because Combunox may diminish a person's thinking and physical abilities.
