Probably not. In general, most commercially sold sports drinks are a blend of water, sugars and flavoring. If a sports drink was flavored with fruit juice, maybe there would be a slight antioxidant benefit. For a make your own sports drink with antioxidant benefits: fill a water bottle half with 100% fruit juice and half with water!
