Who should not use amyl nitrite?

People who are allergic to amyl nitrite or any ingredient in this medication should not use it. People with anemia, certain thyroid problems, glaucoma, low blood pressure or who have had a stroke or head injury may not be able to take amyl nitrite. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should check with their doctors to see if this medication is safe for them to use.
