Are there alternative treatments for night terrors?

If your night terrors are caused by stress or anxiety, try practicing relaxation techniques, especially before bedtime. If your episodes are brought on by extreme fatigue, then aim to regularly get enough rest. In any case, make your home as safe as possible for sleepwalking. For example, you may want to remove hazards such as cords where possible.
