Possible side effects of cetirizine and pseudoephedrine include dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, dry mouth, difficulty concentrating, a ringing sound in the ears, constipation, nausea, and stomach ache. Some people experience more serious side effects, including: abnormal heart beat; difficulty urinating; vision problems; tremors; insomnia; weakness; hyperactivity or restlessness; fear or disorientation; jaundiced skin or eyes; dark-colored urine; elevated blood pressure; and allergic reactions, such as difficulty breathing, hives, and swelling of the face or throat.
