What are the side effects of beclomethasone?

While taking beclomethasone you may develop nasal irritation, including dryness, sneezing, and nosebleeds. You may also have headaches or develop a sore throat. You may find sores or white patches appearing around your nose, or you may experience unusual tastes or smells. If these side effects don't go away or get worse, contact your doctor. Also let your doctor know right away if you experience any of the following side effects, as they may be signs of a medical emergency: severe nosebleed; non-healing sores around the nose; trouble breathing or wheezing; flu-like symptoms; vision problems; swelling around your face, legs, or feet; or muscle weakness.
