What is Crolom?

Crolom is the brand name for a prescription eye medication containing the active ingredient called cromolyn ophthalmic. Crolom is an anti-inflammatory medication that blocks cells in your body (mast cells) from releasing substances (particularly histamine) that trigger an allergic reaction. This helps prevent allergy symptoms, including itchy, red and watery eyes.
