What is Allegra-D 24 Hour?

Allegra-D 24 Hour is a combination of fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine that is used to treat the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Fexofenadine is an antihistamine that blocks the chemical reaction of allergies and the accompanying symptoms including itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, and sore throat. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nose so that you do not feel congested. This treatment comes in the generic form named fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
