The most common side effects of carbinoxamine and pseudoephedrine include: upset stomach, stuffy nose, drowsiness, dizziness, diarrhea, chest congestion, sleeping problems, restlessness, blurred vision, loss of appetite, dry mouth or nose, headaches, heartburn, nervousness and vomiting. More serious side effects of this drug combination include: trouble urinating, tightness in the chest, anxiety, increased blood pressure, light-headedness, fainting, wheezing, chills, body aches and easy bruising or bleeding. Call 911 immediately if you develop any signs of an allergic reaction such as swelling of your face, throat or mouth or difficulty breathing.
