How does acrivastine and pseudoephedrine interact with medications/food?

The combination prescription product acrivastine-pseudoephedrine, brand name Semprex-D, can interact with several medications. You should not take acrivastine-pseudoephedrine if you are using an MAO inhibitor or have used one in the last two weeks. The effect of some blood pressure medications may be reduced and cause life-threatening high blood pressure. This is not a complete list of all possible interactions.You should discuss your medications with your doctor to avoid unwanted effects.
