Does Codeine Phosphate and promethazine HCL interact with medications?

Codeine Phosphate and promethazine HCL should not be taken with any other narcotic pain relievers, atropine, MAOI's, sedatives, tranquilizers, or antidepressant drugs. Codeine Phosphate/promethazine HCl may also increase the effects of alcohol and should not be taken at the same time. Ask your doctor before taking Codeine Phosphate/promethazine HCl if you are taking any other medications or supplements.
