Side effects may include headaches, nausea, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia, tremor, elevated blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, rapid, strong, or irregular heartbeat, and bowel obstruction. Decongestant nasal sprays may also produce dryness or a burning sensation in the nose.
