Common side effects of budesonide and formoterol fumarate dihydrate can include coughing, hoarseness or voice changes, foul taste, headache, upset stomach, a sore throat, and a stuffy nose. Usually these common side effects do not require medical attention, but if they don't go away or get worse, call your doctor. Call 911 for emergency medical help if you experience signs of an allergic reaction such as hives or an itchy rash or swelling around your mouth and throat. Call your doctor right away if you experience vision problems, changes in your heart rate or blood pressure, faintness, fevers, tremors, anxiety or nervousness, patchy areas in your mouth, or if your asthma symptoms get worse.
