Who should not take cisatracurium?

Anyone that is allergic to benzyl alcohol should not take cisatracurium. Children less than one month old should not be given this medication. Women who are pregnant, planning on being pregnant, or breastfeeding need to speak with their doctor prior to taking this medication. Also, if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in cisatracurium , do not take this medication.
