What should I tell my doctor before I take chlorzoxazone?

Tell your doctor if you are using any of the following, before taking chlorzoxane: alprazolam, butalbital, carisoprodol, chlordiazepoxide, clonazepam, clorazepate, codeine, dantrolene, diazepam, estazolam, fentanyl, flurazepam, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, levorphanol, lorazepam, meperidine, meprobamate, metaxalone, methocarbamol, methohexital, midazolam, morphine, oxazepam, oxycodone, oxymorphone, phenobarbital, primidone, quazepam, secobarbital, sufentanil, temazepam or triazolam.
