Do naproxen and esomeprazole delayed-release tablets have side effects?

Seek immediate medical attention if you have any of these serious side effects of naproxen and esomeprazole delayed-release tablets (Vimovo): black or bloody stools or blood in your urine or vomit; blurred vision; bone, muscle, or joint pain; chest pain; change in the amount of urine; lightheadedness or fainting; cough, difficulty breathing, or wheezing; fever or sore throat; fast or pounding heartbeat; flu-like symptoms; slurred speech or weakness on one side of your body; easy bruising or bleeding; difficult or painful swallowing; sudden or unexplained weight gain or swelling, especially of the hands or feet; or unusual bleeding or bruising.

Seek emergency medical attention if you experience symptoms of liver disease induced by this drug: persistent nausea or vomiting, dark yellow or brown urine, unusual or extreme weakness or tiredness, or yellowing of your eyes or skin.

Also go to the emergency room if you have symptoms of a rare but serious allergic reaction: rash, itching, swelling, or severe dizziness.

These drugs may also cause side effects that do not require immediate medical attention. Your doctor may suggest ways to alleviate these side effects, which include diarrhea or constipation, dizziness, upset stomach, headache, drowsiness, heartburn, and stomach pain or gas.
