What are the side effects of leflunomide?

Side effects may include high blood pressure, dizziness, hair loss, respiratory tract infections, bronchitis, skin rash, itching, back pain, abdominal pain, indigestion, and diarrhea. Some people have had life-threatening allergic reactions to leflunomide. Some people have severe reactions, including liver injury, skin and nerve problems, interstitial lung disease, and infections. People taking leflunomide should avoid receiving live vaccines.
