What other drugs and foods affect orphenadrine?

Orphenadrine may react with some foods if you already have allergies. People with sulfite allergies are especially sensitive to orphenadrine's adverse interactions.

Orphenadrine should not be taken with phenothiazines. Orphenadrine can sometimes delay the potassium from moving through the body, so potassium supplements may not be properly absorbed.

Orphenadrine causes drowsiness, so be cautious when combining orphenadrine with any prescription and non-prescription drug that also causes drowsiness.

Before taking orphenadrine, tell your doctor if you are taking any prescription or non-prescription medications, supplements, vitamins or herbs.
