Get emergency medical help if you have an allergic reaction. Serious side effects of rocuronium bromide injection include uneven or fast heart rate, muscle weakness or inability to move your muscles, and feeling short of breath or noticing that your breathing is noisy. If you have any serious side effects, tell your nurse or caregiver immediately. Other, less serious side effects include nausea and vomiting, feeling sleepy or lightheaded, having a skin rash or mild itchiness, and feeling swelling or discomfort where the drug was injected.
